IKENNA OKEKE

Ikenna is the managing partner of the firm. He started off his career as a legal officer in Wema Securities & Finance Plc (a subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc) in Lagos and thereafter headed the legal/debt recovery department of the Finance House’s Abuja office. He is a strategic thinker and has advised on several start-ups and businesses.

Ikenna has over 13 years’ expansive knowledge/experience in corporate financing, credit risk management, debt recovery, insolvency practice and turnaround management. He is a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and also a member of the INSOL International.
He assists businesses with a wide variety of matters, including, business sales, venture capital investments, employment agreements, and general corporate advisory. He serves clients across a broad range of industries, including banking and finance, loan workout, medical, manufacturing, and real estate. He has deep expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial arrangements, including, supply, vendor, and customer contracts.

He has been advising foreign businesses and individuals on all aspects of Nigeria Immigration and related issues from the simplest to the multifaceted.
